Margarita A. Morales Cortés
Principal & Founder, Amulen Heritage Partners
She earned her architectural degree from the Catholic University of the North in Chile, holds a postgraduate degree in Heritage Conservation and Restoration from the University of Chile, and a Master of Science in Urban Regeneration from University College London.
With over 15 years of professional experience in public project management, historic preservation, and technical asset evaluation in Chile, she brings her expertise to the U.S. as a consultant for firms, businesses, and investors across the full intervention lifecycle of existing assets—from pre-planning through design and project execution.
With this purpose, Amulen Heritage Partners was established in 2026 in Florida, serving as an independent consultancy for project-based collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Margarita holds an active NCARB Record and completed coursework in U.S. Project Management and Professional Practice at the Boston Architectural College, reflecting her commitment to U.S. architectural standards.
